Bespoke Craftsmanship
Every piece at Pindrop is a bespoke artisan creation. Due to the handcrafted nature of our work, slight variations in stitching and finish are a testament to the organic process. All custom orders are finalized upon deposit, and production timelines are estimated based on material availability.
Material Integrity
We source premium linens, silks, and cottons. Natural fibers may exhibit slight knots, slubs, or color variations. These are not defects but inherent characteristics of high-quality organic textiles. We advise following specific care instructions provided with each collection to ensure longevity.
Measurements & Returns
Accurate measurements are the responsibility of the client unless a professional site survey is booked. As items are tailored to specific window dimensions and hardware, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on bespoke orders. Cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of order placement.
Intellectual Property
All designs, patterns, and imagery featured on this website are the intellectual property of Curtain Creations. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of our bespoke textile patterns is strictly prohibited.
