Terms and Conditions for Sale of Bespoke Lampshades, Curtains and Blinds.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of bespoke lampshades ("Products") by Pindrop Bespoke Soft Furnishings ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") to the customer ("Customer", "you", or "your"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Orders
2.1 Custom Orders: Each lampshade is made to order based on the specifications provided by the Customer. Once an order is placed and confirmed, changes to specifications are not permitted.
2.2 Order Confirmation: Orders are considered confirmed only after we have reviewed and accepted the specifications and payment has been received in full.
3. Payment
3.1 Pricing: All prices are listed in [Currency] and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept [Payment Methods].
3.3 Late Payments: Orders with incomplete payments will not be processed until full payment is received.
4. Production and Delivery
4.1 Lead Time: For lampshades the standard production lead time is 6-8 weeks from the date of order confirmation. For curtains and blinds this will be advised at the time of order. This time frame may vary based on the complexity of the order and current production volumes.
4.2 Delivery: We will arrange delivery to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery times will vary depending on location and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
4.3 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and will be added to the total price of the order.
5. Changes and Cancellations
5.1 Changes: Changes to orders are not permitted once the order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
5.2 Cancellations: Cancellations are not accepted for bespoke products once the production process has commenced.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Bespoke Product Policy: Due to the custom nature of bespoke lampshades, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.
6.2 Defects and Errors: If you receive a defective product or an item that does not match your specifications, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or a refund as deemed appropriate after verification of the defect or error.
7. Warranty
7.1 Limited Warranty: We provide a 1 warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or alterations.
7.2 Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, please contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
8. Liability
8.1 Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the sale of our products.
8.2 Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the product.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content provided by us are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our explicit permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in UK.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
